It is almost certain that no foreign flights will arrive at Pokhara's new airport until at least October 28, 2023.
No firm has been given permission to operate international flights at Pokhara Airport, according to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal's (CAAN) schedule of authorized international flights for the summer (March 26–October 28).
The Bhairahawa airport in Nepal will receive frequent flights from foreign nations, whereas the Kathmandu airport has traditionally been the preferred location for international carriers.
Three trips per week from Kuwait City to Bhairahawa will be operated by Jazeera Airways. Similar to that, Nepal Airlines will operate twice-weekly flights from Bhairahawa to Kuala Lumpur.
This season, Buddha Air has restored service between Kathmandu and Benares. Every week, three flights will be operated on the path.
